Telework Promotion Award (Encouragement Award)

The Japan Telework Association has been running the Telework Promotion Award commendation program since 2000 with the aim of further promoting the spread of telework, which enables flexible work styles, unrestricted by location or time, through the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). In FY 2016, the 17th year of the competition, a total of 11 companies and organizations received awards under the theme of “Aiming to Reform the Way We Work through Telework,” and we received the Encouragement Award.

Membership of the Telework promotion enterprise network

The MIC, in cooperation with the MHLW, launched the Telework promotion enterprise network in order to expand the number of companies introducing telework. They established a system to introduce specific initiatives that can be used as a reference by companies that are considering introducing the system, such as technical measures and innovations for internal penetration. We agree with the idea and joined the initiative.
