As part of our efforts to promote our various businesses, we are taking steps to promote safety in our urban development business.

Safety Inspection

We have two or more people inspect operating properties annually, including those of our property managers, engineering staff, and building management companies. We are working to prevent accidents from occurring by carrying out repairs at the appropriate time to address the issues identified.

Safety inspection

Twice a year, we conduct a survey focusing on third-party incidents at properties under construction. At the construction sites, we emphasize the importance of communication with partner companies, and by reporting site findings in our measures as appropriate, we aim to improve the safety awareness of both the operators and partner companies.

Sharing and utilization of incident information

We maintain a mailing list that enables us to promptly share the details of an incident within the company so that we can take prompt action as an organization. Additionally, we keep records of incidents that occur and review them periodically to prevent similar issues from occurring again.

Through these efforts, we are working to improve safety not only by improving the awareness of safety issues among operators but also by sharing in our measures, as appropriate, the insights gained from our cooperation with other companies.
A safety promotion officer was established in 2015 in our real estate arm and efforts are being made to enhance safety in the real estate business as a whole.

Safety patrol lecture

Furthermore, since FY 2018, we have been holding safety conventions to reflect on safety together with our partner companies in design, construction, and building management. By reviewing examples of accidents at the Company and learning about the efforts of our partner companies, we are working to improve our mutual safety awareness.
