Some of the real estate properties managed by our group have installed recycled water systems to make effective use of limited Water Resources and reduce the burden on sewerage facilities. recycled water systems are equipment that decomposes kitchen wastewater and miscellaneous wastewater discharged from buildings using environmentally friendly microorganisms, and then purifies it with activated carbon or filters.

Shibuya Scramble Square is equipped with a recycled water facility on the 6th basement floor, where water is reused for flushing toilets, etc.

Futako Tamagawa Rise Terrace Market also reclaims wastewater from restaurants and other establishments after meals and uses it to wash offices and stores. There is also a rainwater storage tank here to store rainwater. The rainwater stored in the tank is purified through a filter and then channeled into the stream and killifish pond in the roof garden at the top of the low-rise building, where it is reused and also returned to the rainwater storage tank, creating a water cycle.
