In 2002, the Tokyu Group established the Tokyu Group Compliance Guidelines to realize the Group's philosophy, and in addition to establishing basic principles of conduct, each company has formulated its own code of conduct. In these guidelines, the company declares that it will conduct fair and transparent transactions and adhere to legal standards and internal regulations. Since then, the company has promoted compliance management and has made "corporate governance and compliance" one of its Material sustainability themes (materiality), working to create a company that is free of fraud, highly transparent, and where appropriate decision-making takes place.
