To date, we have nurtured the individual strengths of our employees through reforms in the way we work, which have been driven by the trends of the times. As one of the key measures in our medium-term, three-year management plan “Henkaku(Transformation),” which began in FY 2021, we have set the goal of “Maximize corporate value by supporting the optimization of individuals as a reform driver.” In this context, we have made a clear culture and company-wide commitment to promote even higher levels of work style reform (telework system, flextime system, etc.), diversity management, and health management with the aim of improving productivity and creating innovation.
