Environmental Education
We proactively provide environmental education to our employees to help them gain the knowledge and experience they need to advance environmental initiatives, and we also hold sustainability seminars (ESG) for our management to provide them with the latest environmental knowledge.

Holding environmental tours
In order to develop sustainable human resources, we hold environmental tours for our consolidated subsidiaries, with the aim of allowing them to learn about the efforts of other companies that provide environmentally friendly products and services.

Tokyu Group Environmental Experience-Based Training Sessions
We hold the "Tokyu Group Environmental Hands-on Training Session" with the aim of promoting sustainable initiatives and communication within our consolidated subsidiaries.
On the first day of the training in 2024, Professor Hiroyuki Adachi of Rakushisha Co., Ltd. gave a valuable talk on specialized knowledge and skills titled "Waste Management Law and Circular Economy." On the second day of the training, the training included tours, discussions, and Q&A sessions at Monofactory Co., Ltd.'s Komagata Factory, which is at the forefront of the circular economy.
Going forward, we will continue to hold training sessions and other events to improve the skills of staff at our consolidated companies and to work toward achieving our Environmental Vision 2030.

Encouraging the Environmental and Social Certification Examination (Eco-Certification)
We encourage employees to take the "Environmental Society Examination (Eco Examination)" sponsored by the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and have been fully covering the examination fees and textbook costs for those who pass since the 5th examination in 2008. The aim is to raise awareness of environmental activities and reducing environmental impact within the company, and so far over 100 employees have passed the examination.

As part of efforts to raise awareness of Tokyu Group 's environmental and Social Contribution efforts, since July 2009 we have been awarding outstanding environmental and Social Contribution Social Contribution efforts to enhance each and every Group employee's awareness and commitment to these efforts.
