Labor union organization rate

Although labor union activities are conducted on a voluntary basis, we maintain sound labor–management relations, as both labor and management pursue various initiatives on an equal footing and in accordance with the principle of good faith, with the aim of developing a workplace environment in which employees can work comfortably and the Company can grow. As of March 31, 2021, the labor union organization ratio was 72.6% (the total of Tokyu Railways and Tokyu Corporation).
