In April 2008, as part of our after-sales service system development, we opened an after-sales service reception desk. In addition to collecting customer feedback, we conduct user surveys for both detached houses and condominiums to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer satisfaction and identify issues. This enables us to plan products and provide services that reflect the voices of our customers.

For our new condominiums for sale, we have prepared a report and exhibition panel on our quality control efforts (compiled by Tokyu Corporation Quality Management) to ensure the kind of quality that is not readily visible to buyers. Construction reports are also prepared and given to contractors. We will keep customers informed of the status of the construction up to the time of handover to ensure their peace of mind and satisfaction.
By entering customer information into the after-sales service system, we are able to provide after-sales service quickly.

Tokyu Corporation’s Town and Home, the website for its housing business, not only provides customers with easy-to-understand information about the company’s housing but also offers entertaining and enriching content, including “THE HISTORY,” which introduces the Company’s housing development history through historical photos.
In addition, the Tokyu Corporation’s Town Housing Club, a membership organization, provides its members with information about our company’s housing in timely fashion through e-mail newsletters and other means.
