As part of our efforts to improve our after-sales service system, we opened an after-sales service reception desk in April 2008 to collect customer feedback and also conduct user surveys for both detached houses and condominiums to comprehensively grasp customer satisfaction and identify issues, allowing us to plan products and provide services that reflect customer feedback.

For our newly built condominiums, we have created a "Quality Control Initiative" that summarizes the "Tokyu Corporation Quality Management" that we practice to ensure quality that is not visible to buyers, and we communicate this through panel displays, etc. We also prepare a "Construction Report" that summarizes the status during construction and hand it over to contract holders. We strive to ensure customer peace of mind and satisfaction by communicating the construction status up until handover.
By entering customer information into our after-sales service system, we can provide prompt after-sales service.
Our housing business website, "Tokyu Corporation's Towns and Homes," not only provides customers with easy-to-understand information about our housing, but also aims to enhance the content of the website, including "THE HISTORY," which introduces the history of our housing developments along with photographs from the time.
In addition, our membership organization, “Housing Club Tokyu Corporation's Machi,” delivers information about our housing to members as quickly as possible via e-mail newsletters and other means.
